We clean the entire window; glass, frames and sills. We spend far longer than the average window cleaner, getting into every corner, nook and cranny. Areas a traditional window cleaner does not touch. We use a pure-water system, meaning not only surface dirt is removed but the surface is cleaned of all residual dirt and chemicals also.
We operate ladderless, meaning nobody peering through upstairs windows, or leaning heavy ladders against your property.
Using an industrial specialised vacuum system we are able to reach 40 feet or more in the air whilst our operators work safely from ground level. We use no ladders wherever possible when cleaning gutters; our ground based equipment means this is not normally necessary. Where required we have high-tech CCTV cameras mounted at the top of our vacuum system or on inspection poles, giving the perfect viewing angle for our operators to get to even the most difficult angles. This can also be used to record footage, for instance for claims against third parties. This is an extra chargeable service.
This includes a deep clean to make sure all residual dirt, algae and residual minerals, which cause loss of efficiency, are removed. This even includes cleaning the edges to prolong the life of your system. We can clean any roof panels with a clear line of sight within a 60ft (20 metre) range. This includes at an angle, or even over ledges such as porches, but must still have a clear line of sight from the ground.
If you can stand in your garden or on the roadside and can directly point to the panel in question, we can normally clean it. Basically our extendable poles, up to 60ft, become an extension of what you can point to with your arm.
Conservatory valet
Why not treat your conservatory to a facelift both inside and out by hiring us to remove all traces of algae, mould, cobwebs, moss, bird droppings and cigarette stains. We can clean both the interior and exterior of your conservatory as required using specially designed, professional cleaning equipment and products.
We also dry your conservatory and polish the glass to give your conservatory that "Just Installed" look.
Fascia and soffit cleaning
Over time dirt, grime and mildew builds up on your fascia and soffits giving your property a tired appearance.
Restoring or maintaining your home's fascia and soffits does not need to be an expensive job, and is more cost effective than having to replace tired looking plastics. We offer a complete clean to bring fascia, soffits and external gutter pipes back to new again.
Block paving, stone flags, imprinted concrete, tarmac and all other driveway, patio and general jet washing
We first remove weeds and sweep between and around the whole area followed by a gentle scrubbing. The area will then be high pressure cleaned with a rotary surface cleaner or lance attached to a pressure washer.
Sealing block paving
It is recommended that the sealant is applied as soon after cleaning as possible, once dried, to ensure no unwanted dirt, moss or weeds get chance to settle or push through. Vehicles should be kept off paving for at least 24 hours after the sealant is applied.
Wood decking cleaning
The whole area will first be swept and tidied, followed by a hard brush scrub. The area will then be high pressure cleaned with a rotary surface cleaner or lance attached to a pressure washer, including balustrade if required.
